An AA Roundup is a weekend event where people in recovery come together for speakers, panels, meetings, workshops, and fellowship. It’s an opportunity to connect with others, hear personal stories of recovery, and strengthen your program in a supportive and welcoming environment.

The Montana AA Spring Roundup is organized by a volunteer committee of AA members from Area 40 and District 72, in collaboration with Al-Anon District 8.

In the meantime, you can sign up to volunteer and be part of the Roundup. Volunteers are a big part of what makes the weekend possible and are a great way to get connected.

Meals can be purchased during registration.
Coffee and light refreshments will be available throughout the weekend.

Room block details and booking instructions will be released when registration opens. We recommend booking early, as rooms may fill up.

Yes. The Montana AA Spring Roundup features AA and Al-Anon speakers who share their personal stories of recovery. These speakers are a highlight of the weekend and offer insight, connection, and inspiration.

A sobriety countdown is a meaningful AA tradition where attendees recognize lengths of sobriety, starting with the most time and counting down to the newest member. It celebrates recovery and often ends with a symbolic passing of the Big Book from long-term sobriety to the newest participant.

We are currently exploring childcare options and pricing and will share updates as they become available.

Come as you are. The Roundup is a casual and welcoming environment. Some attendees may choose to dress up for evening events, but comfort is encouraged.

Yes. The Best Western Plus GranTree Inn offers accessible parking, entrances, restrooms, guest rooms, and public spaces throughout the property. Elevators and accessible routes are available.
